Ensign Frances Cornelia Filsinger served our Country Honorably as a nurse in The United States Naval Women’s Reserve, better known as the WAVES (Women Accepted for Volunteer Emergency Service) during World War Two.
She is celebrating her 100th Birthday and we have been invited to Stand in Honor and Respect for this Hero of the Greatest Generation on her birthday.

We will ride in as a group and dismount. We will set a Flag Line and Show our Gratitude for her service, as a member of the VFW Post 6060 and a NCPGR Ride Captain present her with a Certificate of Appreciation for her Service to Our Country.
