Ceremony Honoring Cpl. Seth E. Perry, U.S. Army, WWI. Cpl. Perry was the only casualty of WWI from Pasquotank County, NC. He was gunned down running as a courier assigned to Company K, 119th Infantry Regiment in Bellicourt, France. American Legion Post 84 in Elizabeth City is named for Cpl. Perry. PGR will set the flag line for the ceremony.
