AECS Rickey Lee Stickle served our Country Honorably for 23 years in the United States Navy, retiring from active Duty in 2006. During his service to our country, he was awarded 4 Navy Commendation Medals, 2 Navy Achievement Medals, a Navy Unit Commendation Medal, 4 Meritorious Unit Commendation Medals, 7 Navy Battle Efficiency Ribbons, 6 Navy Good Conduct Medals, the National Defense Medal, the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, the Global War on Terror Service Medal, the Global War on Terror Expeditionary Medal and the Sea Service Deployment Ribbon. His last Duty Station prior to transfer to the Fleet Reserve was VC-6 at the Norfolk Naval Air Station.

We will set the Flag Line for the arrival of family and friends, as they arrive to pay their last respects to AECS Stickle.
After commencement of his Celebration of Life, we will stand down and prepare to reset as the Honor Detail. We will fold and present the Flag to his family.
