LCDR (R) Theodore Barber Jr served in the US Navy during the Vietnam Era as a Submarine Officer with 13 years of sea duty and retired honorably after 21 years of service. His accolades include; Navy Achievement Medal(2nd Award), Meritorious Unit Citation, Good Conduct Award and National Defense Medal.

Instructions:

This will be a flag line only mission.

We will brief at 1145.

We will set a flag line for visitation which begins at noon followed by the celebration of life at 1:30 p.m. Once the service begins, the flag line will relocate to the church cemetery for graveside service including Military Honors.
Flags & Water:
Flags will be provided.
Large Bike Flags will not be needed.
Water will not be provided, please bring your own.
