Patriots, we have been called to Stand in Honor of Seaman 1st Class Joseph Carel Rouse who served aboard the USS Oklahoma and lost his life when the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor. His remains have been identified after all these years of resting UNKNOWN in the Punchbowl Cemetery at Pearl Harbor. He was awarded the Purple Heart. As SN1C Joseph Carel Rouse Stood For Us, it will be our Honor to Stand for him as he returns home and gets a Final Resting Place.

We will Escort from Funeral Home to Riverside Church, 497 Riverside Rd. Grifton, NC 28530. Upon arrival at the Church we will set the Flag Line for the arrival of Family and Friends as they arrive to pay their Last Respects.

Upon commencement of the Church Service, we will relocate the Flag Line to the Cemetery behind the Church. We will Stand Tall showing Honor and Respect, for his service and ultimate sacrifice, during the committal service and Military Honors.
