About the Mission:

Patriots we have been called to stand in honor of Seaman 1st Class Joseph Carel Rouse who served on the USS Oklahoma when it was attacked in Pearl Harbor. He was awarded the Purple Heart. As SN1C Joseph Carel Rouse stood for us it will be our honor to stand for him on his way home.

KSU: 6:00 PM and move to RDU staging area and prepare to stand a honor flag line for our hero and his family.

Flags will be provided.

Large Bike Flags will not be needed.

Water will be provided.
