Cathy Moore, chairman of the North Carolina honor and remember, has requested the NCPGR stake flags for the opening and closing ceremonies for the “Run For The Fallen”. The Sandhills District will be doing the opening and Bill Powell group will be doing the closing.

Stand flag: 9:30am
