LtCdr Steven Robert Stump, served his country faithfully and honorably in the United States Navy and Navy Reserve. For his honorable service he was awarded the Southwest Asia Service Medal, Sea Service Deployment Medal (3rdAwd), Coast Guard Special Operation Ribbon, NDSM, Fleet Marine Force Ribbon, Navy Commendation Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Meritorious Unit Commendation Medal, United Nations Medal and the Joint Service Medal.
