Sergeant Kenneth “Hop” Hopkins served in the Marine Corps before beginning a long career in law enforcement. He worked for the Wilmington Police Department for several years before eventually moving to Raleigh, serving the Raleigh community for 22 years before retiring. He returned to community service, after retirement, as a youth mentor with the Raleigh PD.

Hopkins to Carleton Gray Funeral Home in Raleigh. This will be a LEO lead escort. Ensure all flags are mounted for highway speeds. Upon arrival in Raleigh, we will dismount and set an Honor Line as they move Sgt. Hopkins from the Coach to the funeral Home.
