PFC Francis Rowe served our Country Honorably in the United States Marine Corp during WWII. He served in the American Theater of Operations as a Machine Gun Crewman. For his Honorable Service he was awarded the Honorable Service Lapel Button and the Marine Corp Discharge Button, and the Good Conduct Medal.

We will brief at 1035 and then prepare to depart to the family residence to escort the family back to the Funeral Home. Upon arrival at the funeral home, we will set the Flag Line for the arrival of additional family and friends as they arrive to pay the last respects to PFC Rowe.
We will relax the flag line upon commencement of the Celebration of Life and prepare to escort PFC Rowe to the Westlawn Cemetery.
Upon arrival at West Lawn, we will set the Flag Line for the rendering of Military Honors.
