About the Mission:
The Patriot Guard Riders have the honor of standing a silent flag-line before the service for Lisette Marie-Noelle Meline. She served her country faithfully and honorably and retired at the rank of Master Sergeant. Her awards included the Coast Guard Medal, Army Commendation Medal 4th Awd, Army Achievement Medal 4th Awd, Army Good Conduct Medal 7th Awd, National Defense Service Medal, NCO Professional Development Ribbon with Numeral 3, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon 2nd Awd, Kuwait Liberation Medal and the Kuwait Liberation Medal (K).
