A1c Ernest Ward Taylor, USAF served our country Honorably during he early 1950s. He was awarded the following medals; National Defense Medal, Good Conduct Medal.
Following his Honorable Service to our Country he began a 30 years career as a Government Auditor for the United States General Accounting Office. Upon retirement he became involved in several organizations including Meals on Wheels, Civitian Club, Kiwanis Club and the American Legion.
His volunteer work and his passion in the American Legion baseball program resulted in an over 20 years of volunteer work to the Post 39 baseball team. In 2010 he was inducted into the American Legion Baseball Hall of Fame.

Brief 1:15
Following the brief we will set the Flag Line for the arrival of family and friends. We will relax the flag line upon commencement of the Celebration of Life Service.
Following the Service we will mount up and escort A1c Taylor to his Final Resting Place in Pinewood Memorial Park. We have been asked to Fold and Present the Flag to his son. Bring white gloves.
