Daniel Roosevelt “Tootsie” White served our Country Honorably in the United States Navy for 20 years as a Culinary Specialist, i.e.; a Cook. Following his naval Career, he became a Self-Employed Commercial Fisherman.
His Military awards include a National Defense Medal (2 awards), the Good Conduct Medal, and the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal.
We will stage at Twifords Funeral Home, 405 E Church St., Elizabeth City, NC 27909 at 0900. We will go KSU at 0930 to proceed to the family home. We will escort the family to Westlawn Cemetery. Upon arrival at the cemetery, we will set the Flag Line for grave side services.
