Fellow Patriots:

Another of the Greatest Generation has been called to his final duty station. The Patriot Guard Riders have been requested to stand a flag line and escort the Hero to his final resting place. It will be our Honor to stand for one who stood for Us.

Coy Albright Shue attained the rank of Corporal (E-4) while serving in such far away places as Iwo Jima ( he witnessed the flag raising on Mt. Suribachi ) Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands, Saipan, Tinian, Volcano Islands and Marianna Islands.

The Hero received numerous awards including the Purple Heart.

Briefing time: 9:40am

After the briefing we shall form the flag line for the arrival of family and friends and stand down at the beginning of the service at 11:00am, at which time we shall prepare to escort the Hero to his final resting place at Sharon Memorial Park, where Military Honors will be presented.
