HOTH Queen City Honor Flight

Fellow Patriots:



Once again Queen City Honor Flights has requested the Patriot Guard Riders to stand a flag line to welcome all the Veterans joining them on their Honor Flight to Washington D.C. for the day.

We will welcome them to the airport at curbside and then go back to the gate to see them off for their day.



Mission date: 14Oct23



Staging time: 4:50am



Staging location: Charlotte Douglas International Airport, 5501 Josh Birmingham PkWay., Charlotte, NC 28208

Briefing time : 4:55am



After the briefing the Veterans are scheduled to start arriving at the departure door 5:00am, We shall assist them to the entry gates and around 6:00 am , we will go back to the boarding gate and reform the flag line for the Veterans to board their flight.

When the flight is loaded around 6:40am, we shall depart.
