SPC(E4) Phillip W. Trueblood served honorably during the early 90’s in the Military Police and was unfortunately medically retired. SPC Trueblood was proud of his time in the military and often spoke of it. During his service he earned the following awards: Achievement Medal (2nd Award), Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Army Lapel Button, Army Service Ribbon and Army Sharpshooter Marksmanship Qualification Badge with Rifle Bar.

Instructions:
We will brief at 1:30 pm then set the flag line for the arrival of family and friends as they gather for the visitation and Celebration of Life.
The family will receive friends in the church lobby before the service beginning at 2:30 pm and immediately following the service.
We will stand down at 3:00pm and move inside.
We will reset the flag line at the end of the service for the departure of the family.
Flags will be provided.
Large Bike Flags will not be needed.
Water will not be provided, please bring your own.
