PGR Brothers and Sisters, the family of Vietnam veteran, U.S. Army Specialist 4th Class Charles Boahn has requested our support in honoring their hero, who recently passed at the age of 76.
SP4 Boahn was drafted and served just under three years as an engineer, with one full tour of duty in Vietnam. The family will conduct a private service at the Sandhills Veteran Cemetery Memorial Building (Sandhills staff are arranging military honors).
This is a Flag Line mission only.
Date: 1 March 2021 (Monday).
Staging: 10:00 am
Location: Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery, 8220 Bragg Blvd, Spring Lake, NC.
Briefing: 10:15 am
Flag Line: 10:45 am – 11:45 am
Temperatures are expected to be 58-60 degrees with a 75% chance of precipitation.
There is NO escort; Motorcycles are not required or recommended due to weather.
Flag Line flags will be furnished.
