SGT. Homer David "Dave" Kinsey, Jr., served with the 373rd ASA Co., Armored Division, 4th USA, Fort Hood Texas as a Radio Tele-Type Operator and served one tour of duty in Vietnam. His earned awards include the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, and Meritorious Unit Commendation.
A proud U.S. Army veteran who served his country with honor during the Vietnam War, he continued to work as an estimator as a government contractor for Colonna’s Shipyard. He was a dedicated professional who always went above and beyond in his work, earning the respect and admiration of his colleagues. He was an advocate for veterans' causes, always remembering the sacrifices made by his fellow servicemen and women.

Escort the Family to the Funeral Home, where we will then set the Flag Line for the arrival of friends as they come pay their final respects. Upon commencement of the Celebration of Life, we will stand down the Flag Line and move to Twiford Veterans Park where we will set the Flag Line upon completion of the Celebration of Life for the Rendering of Military Honors.
Flags will be provided. If you have large bike flags, please bring them. Water will be provided.
