MSGT Ernest Barrett, Jr. served our country honorably in the US Air Force as a Vehicle Operator Supervisor in the TAC Squadron. During his many years with the Air Force, he received the AF Outstanding Unit Award with four oak leaf clusters, AF Good Conduct Medal with four oak leaf clusters, National Defense Service Medal, AF Longevity Service Award Ribbon with four oak leaf clusters, NCO Professional Military Education Graduate Ribbon, Small Arms Expert Marksmanship Ribbon. He served as Trainer, Supervisor, and Completed NCO Officer Academy.

We will brief at 10:30 am and set the flag line for the arrival of family and friends as they gather for an 11:00 am celebration of life at the church.

We will stand for a dignified transfer as MSGT Ernest Barrett, Jr. We will then mount up and escort him to his destination at Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery, 164 Longs Plant Farm Road, Goldsboro, NC 27534 where we will set a flag line for a scheduled 2:00 pm Gravesite service with honors.
