Patriots we have been requested to do a ride by and honor salute for Ensign William "Bill" Hess who is celebrating his 100th birthday.
Ensign Hess served on APA 219 USS OKALOOSA a assault transport during WW11 in the Pacific . He was awarded the Asian Pacific,WW11 Victory, American Campaign, China Service ,Nation Defense Medals.
As Ensign Hess stood and Honor us it will our honor to Salute him on his 100th birthday.
