OS2 (E5) Donnie R. Windley of Belhaven, NC served honorably in the United States Navy as an Air Traffic Controller during the Cold War Era. After his military service he became a LPN and attended his community at two local medical facilities. Later becoming a Corrections Officer.

We will mount up (weather dependent) and depart the church at 12:20pm to escort the family from their home to the church. Upon our arrival we will dismount and stand a flag line for the entry of family and friends. After the celebration of life we will prepare to escort the veteran and his family to the graveside service; where we will stand a flag line and depart after military honors.
