Master Sergeant Albert Leary Rhodes USMC Retired, served our Country Honorably for 20 years. It is now our Honor to Stand for him. Serving 3 tours in Vietnam and the recipient of numerous awards including, Combat Action Ribbon, Vietnam Service Medal (3 awards), Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross, National Defense Medal, Meritorious Unit Commendation Medal, Good Conduct Medal (6 Awards), Navy Unit Commendation, Expert Rifleman, Expert Pistol, Rifle Marksman (M-16, M-14) and Expert Pistol Ribbons, he continued to serve as a member of the Marine Corp League after his retirement.

We will Brief and mount up to proceed to the family home where we will escort them to the First Christian Church for Msgt. Rhodes Celebration of Life. At the Church, we will set the flag line for the arrival of family and friends.
We will stand down the Flag Line upon commencement of the service and stand-by. Upon completion of the Service, we will mount up and escort Msgt. Rhodes and his family to the New Hollywood Cemetery. There we will set the flag line for the rendering of Military Honors.

Please ensure you are fully hydrated prior to arrival. Dress accordingly for the weather.
