Patriots we have been called to stand for a hero, SN Stanley M "Mickey" Parnell who served in the US Navy and was awarded the National Defense ,Vietnam Service , Vietnam Campaign , Good Conduct Medals, Combat Action Ribbon. He also served with the Vance County Sheriff Dept. As SN Stanley M "Mickey Parnell stood for us it will be our honor to stand for him.
