During his 20+ years of service, LTC Graham received several awards, including: Air Force Excellence Award; Small Arms Expert Marksmanship Ribbon; Army Good Conduct Medal; Air Force Longevity Service Ribbon W/4D; National Defense Service Medal W/1D; Missileman Badge; Air Force Commendation Medal; and the Meritorious Service Medal w/1D.
