Snowball Express Gold Star Families

Fellow Patriots:



Every year the Gary Sinise Foundation sends the Gold Star Families with children 18 and under to Disney for a well deserved get away .

American Airlines has partnered with this program and ALL employees are Volunteers for these excursions.

It will be an Honor for the Patriot Guard Riders to once again join in on this adventure for the Gold Star Families.



Mission date:7Dec24



Staging time : 8:45am



Staging location: Charlotte Douglas International Airport 5501 Josh Birmingham PkWay charlotte NC 28208

Briefing time: 8:50am

We will meet  at the American Airlines  counter for the entrance to gate D3.

After the briefing we shall proceed through TSA and go to gate D3 to set up a flag line for the arrival of 190 family members who will board for an 10:45am departure.

Once all have passed down the loading ramp , we shall depart.
