About the Mission:
SGM Elbert Earl Humphrey, of San Antonia, TX, served his country faithfully and honorably in the United States Army including tours of duty in Vietnam.
For his honorable service he received many awards including the NDSM, Army Good Conduct Medal (8), Meritorious Service Medal, Bronze Star Medal, Army Commendation Medal 3(Stars), Vietnam Campaign Medal, Tet 69 Counterofffensive, Vietnam Advisory Campaign, Vietnam Summer/Fall 69, and Vietnam Winter/Spring 70.

1:00 pm - Stand flag line for Military Honors
1:15 pm - Stand down flag line and departure
Flags & Water:
Flags will be provided.
Large Bike Flags will not be needed.
Water will be provided.
