Patriots we have been called to stand for SSG (Miss) Joe Ann Thomas who served with the North Carolina National Guard serving 28 years with the 440th Army Band. She was awarded the Army Commendation, Army Achievement, National Defense, Good Conduct 5/Awd, and Humane Service Medals.AS SSG Thomas stood for us it will be our honor to stand for her.
